Model KCQ
Automatic Ultrasonic Bottle Washer

KCQ series Ultrasonic Bottle Washer is specially designed for automatic cleaning of all kinds of vial bottle, ampoule and oral liquid bottle. It adopts vertical rotary design and manipulator to clamp and turn over the bottle. The principle of ultrasonic cleaning and water-alternating-gas ejection flushing can meet the requirement of cleaning the bottle one by one.
Benefits
Machine is in vertical drum structure. It adopts manipulator clamping and turning over.And needle works in the way of reciprocating tracking. The principle of ultrasonic cleaning and water-alternating-gas ejection flushing can meet the requirement of cleaning the bottle one by one.
Needle adopts positioning flushing for dynamic cleaning to cleaning the dead corner.
The whole machine can automatically finish bottles collect, mechanical washing and fine washing, etc functions
Both inside and outside will be washed thoroughly.

Depyrogenization tunnel

GMS series Depyrogenization Tunnel is mainly used to transporting all kinds of vial, ampoules and oral liquid bottles. It adopts the principle of laminar flow and high-speed hot air disinfection process to make the container drying, sterilizing, removing the pyrogens and cooling in sealed tunnel within the Class A standard.
Benefits
The tunnel can be divided into 3 sections: Warm-up, Sterilizing, and Cooling.Integrated frame. Eliminating the non-Class-Aair from getting into the tunnel.
Glassware inside tunnel is completely protected under HEPA filters.
Sterilization section adopts the independent air duct to reduce the flow resistance and air pressure.
Hot air is circulated inside to achieve a pyrogen-free working environment.
Touch panel is used as MMI. Machine is controlled by PLC.
Working status of 3 sections are monitored and displayed on screen.
On-line paper recorder is mounted to record real-time temperature and the data can be print out.
Self-diagnosis and alarm function available in case of failure happens.
Bottle conveyor is mesh belt made from304 grade stainless steel.

 KFG series Automatic Filling and Stoppering Machine is used in pharmaceutical industry for aseptic powder filling and rubber stoppering.The working principle is: Servo motor drive the auger to fill powder into glass vialin accurate dosage, then rubber stopper is inserted on the vial and pressed tight.
